We assemble iron doors that represent quality, durability, ventilation, elegance and above all, security. You are able to select from over 100 styles or you can design a door specific to your needs.

We manufacture with PTR profiles, flat iron bars and metal sheeting. We give each piece a deoxidizing treatment before the painting process after which our doors receive a base coat, they are texturized with the color desired and a protective clear coat. The different colors and styles can be adapted to the type of construction and the desires of the customer.

Door Descriptions

  • Each door is made to our exact standards, hand finished, rigorously inspected and carefully packed for shipment.
  • Door thickness is 11/2”
  • The weight of the doors will vary depending on the style and size. A 3’0 X 8’0 door weighs approximately 250 lbs.
  • The doors have a pre-hung unit with a steel frame. The steel frame supports the weight of the door allows for installation.
  • We use high quality foam insulation that is pumped into the framing and also into the body of the door. We use insulated glass as well as insulation in the door.
  • Our doors are constructed of 16” steel framing.
  • Combinations of foam and rubber weather stripping are used around the door frame.
  • The weather stripped glass frame and the rubber sweep make the door weather tight.
  • The glass frame can be tailored to fit almost any glass thickness in accordance with building requirements in your area. We currently use ¾ tempered insulated glass for use in all units.
  • There is the option of the door to swing in or out.
  • Eyebrow, half circle, and elliptical arches can be used in transom designs.
  • Any of our designs can be made as a single or double door or with any of the arch shapes incorporated in the design of the top of the door. We can also manufacture gates, patio doors or wine cellar entries with simple modifications.
